The Hunger Walk Helps
Six local nonprofits team up for the Hunger Walk. Together, we are reaching those in need throughout North Georgia.2007 Hunger Walk
A huge Episcopal Charities Foundation THANK YOU to all who walked and worked to make this year's Hunger Walk a terrific success. Together, you raised over $28,000 to help feed our hungry neighbors around the diocese - that's $9000 more than last year! Sixty percent of those funds will come directly to Episcopal Charities (with the other 40% going to the Atlanta Community Food Bank, which assists many of our own food pantries and hunger ministries). To all those who walked and all those who donated - a huge "well done"! You really CAN make the world a better place. For pictures of some of the 27 parishes and groups who participated. Click here.
